At its heart, our service is about making home care feel less overwhelming and more supported—season after season. That’s why we offer two thoughtfully designed plans—Standard and Light—each providing proactive seasonal maintenance and personalized support to help you stay ahead of the unexpected.

Each plan includes the same complete suite of seasonal services, carefully timed to prevent issues before they begin. The only difference is the number of Personalized Service Hours included each year:

• The Standard Plan includes 5 hours of Personalized Service

• The Light Plan includes 3 hours of Personalized Service​

This time is set aside just for you. Whether you need an extra hand with an unexpected issue, want help tackling your to-do list, or simply need ongoing upkeep between visits, this time allowance is all about flexibility.​

 

These hours can be used during regular check-ins or scheduled separately as needed. They're meant to handle the kind of tasks that often fall between the cracks or don’t fit into rigid service lists.

Eligible Services Include:

​

• Pressure washing of walkways, siding, or outdoor furniture

• Minor exterior repairs, such as damaged fencing or fallen branches

• Home watch check-ins for seasonal or vacant properties

• Routine property inspections to ensure no more than two months pass between visits

• Rodent activity assessment and mitigation on the grounds

• Seasonal debris removal, including leaves, pinecones, and storm cleanup

• Basic gardening assistance, such as prepping beds or clearing overgrowth

• Minor drywall repair (holes, dents, or patching)

• Installation of assistive safety features, like support bars or handrails

• Grounds maintenance, including manual watering or sprinkler adjustments

• Winter walkway management, including de-icing and surface treatment

• General task assistance for small, non-specialized home needs
